Privacy Policy

KimGoc Company Limited (“KimGoc”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through our websites, games and related services (the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong SAR and, where it applies to you, the EU/UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

Data you give us. Your email address and message content when you contact us, and any account name or profile you create inside a game.

Data collected automatically. Device model, operating system version, language and region, app version, crash logs, and in-game events such as level progress and session length.

Advertising and store identifiers. Where our free-to-play titles show ads, an advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) may be processed, subject to your device-level permission.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell personal data.

2. Why we use it

• To operate, maintain and support the Services.
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• To understand how titles are played so we can improve balance and content.
• To process and validate in-app purchases through the app stores.
• To display advertising in free-to-play titles.
• To answer enquiries you send us.

Our legal bases, where the GDPR applies, are performance of a contract (operating the game you installed), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement) and consent (personalised advertising, where required).

3. Children

Titles published under the Google Play Families programme and equivalent Apple age ratings do not use personalised advertising and do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Services, including:

• Apple and Google — app distribution, purchase processing and game services;
• crash reporting and analytics providers;
• advertising networks used in free-to-play titles;
• professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and are permitted to use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Hong Kong SAR. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Contact correspondence is kept for up to 24 months; aggregated and anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Send requests to contact@kimgoc.com; we respond within the statutory period.

You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport, access control and least-privilege administration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies on this website

This website uses only what is strictly necessary to serve the pages. We do not run marketing or tracking cookies here.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version; material changes will be announced in the Services.
